Well, it is about time this behavior is being reigned in. This brought to you from Minnesotastan…
From The Washington Times:
The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport will begin suspending licenses of Muslim taxi drivers who refuse for religious reasons to provide service to passengers transporting alcohol.
The Metropolitan Airports Commission voted unanimously Monday to suspend a driver’s airport taxi license for 30 days for the first offense and revoke it for two years after a second offense. The policy goes into effect May 11. [snip]
Previously, cabdrivers who refused to transport customers were sent to the back of the line, a punishment that has been handed out in nearly 5,000 instances since 2002, commission spokesman Patrick Hogan said. [snip]
Some drivers last year refused to carry passengers with seeing-eye dogs, which Muslims consider unclean. Mr. Hogan said that was limited to only three incidents.
The airport also is being sued by a group of imams who were kicked off a US Airways flight from Minneapolis to Phoenix in November after passengers and the flight crew reported suspicious behavior. The airline and passengers, also known as “John Does,” are also targets of the lawsuit.
Although the lawsuit was filed March 12, Mr. Hogan confirmed the imams’ lawyer has yet to officially serve the airport commission with the legal papers.
Let’s not forget the grocery store workers refusing to ring up pork products.
We are being tested folks, to see if they can force Sharia law on us. I am glad we are starting to take a stand and forget about all this political correct nonsense. Remember last year a High mucky muck Imam told his followers to immigrate to western countries, but to stay together in your own communities. Do not assimilate into their cultures, rather create your own communities run by Sharia law. Then try and influence the nations laws to incorporate Sharia law into them. This certainly seems like what the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is testing here. Make no bones about it CAIR is behind this and they are a radical Muslim group.
It’s the Uncooperative Easter show.

Good! Traditional values are important…
From The Washington Times:
Pope Benedict XVI yesterday set out “nonnegotiable values” as he urged Catholic lawmakers to oppose laws favoring divorce, abortion, homosexual “marriage” and euthanasia.
In a long-awaited text, the pope exhorted “Catholic politicians and legislators … to introduce and support laws inspired by values grounded in human nature.”
“These values are not negotiable,” he wrote, listing “respect for human life, its defense from conception to natural death [and] the family built upon marriage between a man and a woman.”
The 79-year-old pontiff also reaffirmed that Catholics who divorce and remarry are barred from taking Communion, unless they “commit to living their relationship … as friends, as brother and sister.”
Benedict also said in the document that he would like Gregorian chant to make a comeback, Reuters news agency reported.
He said the Catholic faithful should learn more of the chanting traditionally sung in Latin by choirs of monks since the Middle Ages.
“The better-known prayers of the Church’s tradition should be recited in Latin and, if possible, selections of Gregorian chant should be sung,” he said.
He lamented that Latin, the church’s official language, was disappearing and said he wanted future priests to study Latin.
I am dismayed at the loss of traditional moral values in this country. The Catholic church represents the Rock on which Christianity was built and if it becomes “progressive” we all lose something, catholic or not.
I believe in orthodoxy, if you are going to follow a religion, you should follow it the way it was originally intended. This is the same with judges, you don’t get to pick and chose what you are going to follow in a religion or decide to come up with your own interpretation. You look to the orignal meaning and intent and it does not change over time.
How can ministers ignore the teachings of the bible?
From the Boston Globe:
An Episcopal minister will stop performing all wedding ceremonies to protest the denomination’s prohibition of same-sex unions.
“We are called to join the fast that our homosexual brothers and sisters in Christ have had to observe all their lives,” said the Rev. Robert Hirschfeld, rector of Grace Episcopal Church.
Several members of the congregation say they support Hirschfeld’s move, which he announced in his Sunday sermon. Others said they were concerned the move might add to the polarization of an issue that has divided Episcopals.
Erica Winter of Northampton said working for social justice often involves giving up something.
“I’m so proud to be a part of this,” Nina Scott, a congregant from Amherst, said. “It’s a step that needs to be taken.”
Two priest associates at Grace Church, the Rev. Margaret Bullitt-Jonas and the Rev. Burton Whiteside, also said they would not perform marriages.
Why is it some people think they can pick and chose what they want to believe in any given religion? Look folks, if you disagree with the teachings of a religion, you don’t get to re-write said religion; go to one you agree with, or none at all. Who are you to re-write a religion? If you think you are all that, go create your own religion.
This corruption of traditional moral values has got to end, before we fall like Rome.
From The Washington Times:
A House Democrat has arranged for a conference room in the Capitol building to be used tomorrow by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim advocacy group criticized for its persistent refusal to disavow terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.
The District-based group also is singled out by other Democratic lawmakers and some law-enforcement officials because of financial ties to terrorists.
Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., New Jersey Democrat, reserved the basement conference room for CAIR’s panel discussion Tuesday titled “Global Attitudes on Islam-West Relations: U.S. Policy Implications.”
“We just see it as a simple room request,” Pascrell spokesman Caley Gray said. “We did receive a room request and evaluated it and approved it.”
He said the forum “opens up an important dialogue about global public opinion concerning the United States.”
Still, the event’s sponsor raised eyebrows on Capitol Hill, even if all sorts of groups routinely hold receptions and meetings in the Capitol.
“It does happen all the time but usually it is the United Way or some constituent group or Mothers Against Drunk Driving, not a group with supposed ties to terrorism — in the Capitol no less,” a Hill staffer said.
Yup, let us listen to a Radical group mis-representing Islam to all the people who have not read the Qur’an. Why does anyone let these people speak?
Islam is not a tolerant religion. It is not a religion of peace and I am sick of this group mis-representing Islam and the prophet mohammad to the American people. Not to mention their ties to funding terrorism.
They get upset when their prophet is insulted? The man was a murderer, pedophile, rapist and all around monster. How do you insult someone like that exactly?
